THE ASK: Fix any struggling brand of my choosing. Created for a class assignment.
THE SOLVE: Shortly after this project was assigned, I came across a tweet from former child star Frankie Muniz that read, "If you bank with Wells Fargo, I feel really bad for you. They're awful." I took that as a sign. Knowing nothing about Wells Fargo — or the banking industry — I decided to take on the challenge of repairing their badly maimed reputation in order to regain the trust of the millennial market. And so, this campaign was born.
